However, he issued a stern caution, asserting that despite the current triumphs, there is no room for overconfidence, particularly given the unpredictable global landscape.

Bartlett highlighted tourism's immense contribution to the Caribbean's economic framework, noting its role in generating approximately 22 percent of the regional gross domestic product and sustaining about 2.75 million jobs.
